Pay your rent on line!
Once you have moved into our community you will have the option of paying your rent and water/sewer/trash charges online from the convenience of your own home or anywhere you can access the internet.
Simply sign up and create a unique user name and password to get started. Please remember water charges post after the 25th of each month and rent is due on the 1st of each month and late after the 5th of the month. If paying rent before the 5th of the month that it is due you may pay on-line by electronic check (your bank checking account) at no additional cost to you. Please note that if paying by major credit card you will incur a convenience fee charged to your account by the credit card company (not Addington Farms).
