"Addington Farms" is our brand new business name recently changed from our former name "Alexan Farms." Due to recent development in our area we decided to change our business name to better position ourselves in the Durham apartment market.

Addington Farms continues to be managed by Riverstone Residential Group as it always has and maintains the same great service and same great staff. Many of our staff members have been here for several years working hard to create a sense of community for those who choose to call Addington Farms home. Even with a new name our residents and future residents will continue to receive world class customer service, top notch accommodations and a beautiful community to call home.
