What is your Preferred Employer Program?
The Businesses that are on our Valued Preferred Employer Program are: UNC professionals, Duke professionals; Blue Cross Blue Shield Employees; and Government Employees. Being a Preferred Employer will grant you 1/2 off all fees.

What is your Pet Policy?
We love pets at Addington Farms! We do have some guidelines. Two pets per apartment, no larger than 50lbs. Restricted breeds are as follows: Pit Bulls; Rottweillers; German Shepards; Husky; Malamute; Doberman; Chowchow; St. Bernard; Great Dane; Akita; Terriers; American Bull Dog. No Poisonous Animals. Only $350 pet fee. No Pet Rent!!!

What type of apartments do you rent?
We rent units as small as 1 bedroom apartments and as large as three bedroom cottages. For more information, see our Chapel Hill, NC Apartment for Rent Floor Plans.

Do you require Renter's Insurance?
Yes. For the benefit of our residents, we require Renters Insurance. Renter's Insurance can be purchased for a minimal amount through AAA; your current insurance provider, or a company that we highly recommend Assurant. A minimum of $50,000 for liability coverage is required.

Is there an age requirement for the property?
Yes, you must be 22 years of age to live at Addington Farms.

How close are the major Universities from your property?
Duke University is approximately 8-10 minutes from the property. University of North Carolina is approximately 12-15 minutes.

Are you on the bus lines?
We are conveniently located on the Data Bus line, (Durham area transit authority) which is 1/4 of a mile from the property.
